Sega Shares New Footage of Valkyria Chronicles Remastered in a System Introduction Video

Ahoy! New Valkyria Chronicles Remastered footage is afoot!

Back in November’s issue of Famitstu, Sega announced that it would be releasing a remastered version of their tactical RPG classic, Valkyria Chronicles, for PlayStation 4. Little news of the remaster had surfaced since then.

Until today, that is. Sega has released a new video showcasing the game’s system mechanics, along with gameplay featuring new renderings of Valkyria’s distinctive canvas-painted visual style.

Valkyria Chronicles Remastered
will release on February 10, 2016 for PlayStation 4, along with a demo for an upcoming installment in the series named Valkyria: Azure Revolution. While overseas versions of Valkyria Chronicles Remastered (which is set to release in Spring this year) will not contain the demo, we can expect to see choice footage of this mysterious new title in the coming weeks.
