Earlier today, Nintendo shared the final Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase of 2020. These presentations focus on games coming from some of Nintendo’s publishing partners. Some of the highlights from this showcase include a demo for the upcoming Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, a new look at Bravely Default II, a new game called Part Time UFO, and more. “Even though this is the final Nintendo Direct Mini: Partnership Showcase of the year, the Nintendo Switch games from our development and publishing partners are still coming on strong,” Steve Singer, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Publisher and Developer Relations said. “Through these video presentations, we are able to show the breadth of creative and diverse experiences that can be found on Nintendo Switch.”
In Bravely Default II, four heroes brought together by fate will embark on a great voyage visiting stunning locations, meeting intriguing characters and battling dastardly villains. The heroes have the ability to change jobs and players can turn the tide of battle in their favor by using the right combination of jobs. The developers were able to use some of the feedback they collected when they released a demo in March.
STORY OF SEASONS: Pioneers of Olive Town is the newest entry in the original farm simulation series. Players will be able to cultivate a farm from the ground up by chopping down trees, discovering flora and fauna, and raising animals. You can experience all this and more! The game is set in Hyrule 100 years before the events of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The new trailer revealed that the Divine Beasts will be playable in the game. The demo includes all of Chapter 1 and save data can be carried over to the full game when it releases in November.
