Dead Space Remake Gets Official Launch Trailer: Humanity Ends Here

We’re finally at the home stretch with EA and EA Motive Studio’s Dead Space RemakeThe much anticipated horror title is set to launch in less than two weeks on January 23, 2023, and the studio is enticing the fanbase just little bit more. Motive released both an Inside Dead Space blog, the fifth edition, as well as an official launch trailer. The trailer, while only coming in at just over a minute, shows just how the creepy atmosphere of the original title created one of the biggest horror franchises in video game history.

As we already know, the Dead Space Remake is being built from the ground up. It’ll include all of the bells and whistles that most remakes come with such as new visuals, improved audio, and a plethora of gameplay improvements. This is shown firsthand on the trailer, which in terms of looks, blows the 2008 title out of the water. However, EA Motive has been doing everything they can to keep the original style and atmosphere of Dead Space intact, all the way down to the sound effects of the weapons.

We also know that those who pre-order the game on PC through Steam will get an additional title, Dead Space 2, for absolutely free. That’s sweetening an already amazing package lineup as the latter is often considered one of the best horror titles of the 2010s. Thankfully, the wait is about to be over, and we cannot wait to get out hands on this and see how they’ve improved upon an all-time classic. Dead Space Remake will officially launch in less than two weeks on January 23, 2023, for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/Series S, and PC.
