Today, the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS) has revealed the nominees for the 26th annual D.I.C.E. Awards with a total of 61 games released in 2022 that were nominated. God of War Ragnarok leads all nominees this year with 12 nominations, followed by Horizon Forbidden West with 8. Elden Ring has the third-most nominations at 7. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, IMMORTALITY, Moss: Book II, Tunic, and Vampire Survivors all tied together with 4 nominations. Elden Ring, God of War Ragnarök, Horizon Forbidden West, Stray, and Vampire Survivors are the five titles nominated for this year’s Game of the Year award.
The 26th annual D.I.C.E. Awards will take place on Thursday, February 23 from Resorts World in Las Vegas and will be co-hosted by Greg Miller (Kinda Funny Games) and Stella Chung (IGN). The ceremony will be livestreamed by the official media partner, IGN.
