Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.3 “Journey to the Sky” Launches October 21st

As Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 comes to a close, we finally learn the truth about the three Sunbringers, and the masterminds behind the attack on Roscaelifer, and about porcelloy and why the Flintwork family is so important to it. But with truths being revealed, the story is reaching a boiling point, and with Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.3 “Journey to the Sky,” the truth of the hollows, ether, and even the creator is being brought to light. Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.3 “Journey to the Sky” launches October 21st for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PC via Download client, Steam, Epic Games Store, and mobile platforms.

Zenless Zone Zero 3.3 is on the horizon, and with it comes a whole lot of new content, two new characters, events, and the continuation of the overarching story. So let’s dive into the story as 3.2 ends, with the masterminds behind the scenes revealed to be Yokai and Carnius, who have orchestrated the attacks on the Bangboos and Dracaene, as well as the rifts plaguing all of Roscaelifier and Bashmu the Enchainer. 3.3 continues the story with two new agents joining the story: Phoenix and Severian. The proxy is looking not only to reunite with Truvia but also to fight against her as she seeks revenge for Serpico and Helios and to bring the truth about the academy to light. The proxy also seeks to reach the top of the tower in Roscaelifer and find out not only what is up there but also why Eldreda is hiding there.

The new update means all new agents, and the first to join the limited banner is Phoenix, a fire-agent anomaly. Along with her comes her W-Engine Plume of Rebirth, which will be best-in-slot for her if you seek optimal optimization. Phoenix will be a must-pick if you have Velina and Remielle. Speaking of Velina, she’s the rerun character, so if you want the best anomaly team and want to beat endgame as the game will shill for them, it’s best to pick them both up. So if you’re looking to pre-farm for the next update, best to focus on anomaly.

The second half of the update will include an all-new attacker and a first for the wind type: Severian. Along with Severian, we will be getting his weapon, Incarcerating Grip, his best in-slot W-engine. If you picked up one of the past stunners in version 3.0, Severian will be quite good. Speaking of past Stunners, Norma will be rerunning in this part of the update, so if you missed her, now’s your chance, as she’s a really good stunner for current attack agents. If you plan to pre-farm focus attack and wind, if you want Severian, or Stun and fire for Norma.

Along with the 3.3 news, we got a look at the crossover agents joining the roster in 3.4: Robin and Kafka from Honkai: Star Rail. Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.3 “Journey to the Sky” is looking to be the boiling point for the story as more and more truths are being revealed and the possibility of learning the real truth behind Hollows, Ether, and the creator themselves, along with a clash with the past with Truvia and her goal to destroy Helios Academy. Either way, Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.3 “Journey to the Sky” launches October 21st for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PC via Download client, Steam, Epic Games Store, and mobile platforms. And remember to heed the Hollows’ call, Proxies.
