After E3 was cancelled due to COVID-19, the usual publishers had to decide when to host their yearly conferences, Ubisoft decided to forego June entirely and host their conference in mid July instead. Now, their Ubisoft Forward digital event is mere hours away, and we’re going to get a look at everything the company has in store for their fans in the future.
Games we’re sure to see at the event include the trio of games, Watch Dogs Legion, Rainbow Six: Quarantine, and Gods and Monsters, that were delayed earlier this year. It is also confirmed that fans will get a big look into Assassin’s Creed Valhalla during the event as well. The recently revealed battle royale game Hyper Scape is set to be shown off as well.
Ubisoft has teased some other announcements will happen at the event as well. One of which appears to be Far Cry 6 which unfortunately leaked just days ago, and will star Breaking Bad’s Giancarlo Esposito as the game’s main villain. The much anticipated Beyond Good and Evil 2 may also be getting new details after being absent from the publisher’s E3 press conference. Then, the constantly delayed Skull & Bones may get shown off once again with a possible release date. Many fans are obviously hoping for a return of Sam Fisher and the Splinter Cell franchise to be revealed at the event as well.
Whatever Ubisoft has in store for the event, it is sure to be another strong conference from the publisher. We won’t have to wait much longer to find out.
