Frostpunk Booms in Sales Under 3 Days

Three days after releasing, Frostpunk has impressively sold 250, 000 copies in just 66 hours. The game debuted its trailer March 9th this year and earned a positive riot from the gaming community. Frostpunk is built on a unique setting where the remainder of human civilization must sustain and progress their city, all while combating the biting and unrelenting cold. But the brutal weather is the least of a player’s worry, as they are forced to make equally cold decisions for the sake of their society.

Frostpunk is greatly appealing because of its harsh survival mode placed in the revolutionary steampunk era. Now that the game has been released to play, gamers ended up taking a strong liking to its gear compiled aestheticand have been rewarded with some amazing news from its creators:

After the fantastic success of their “biggest and most complex game to date”, creators of Frostpunk provided some key answers to their fans’ many questions in a Steam update. The number one question inquired is if Frostpunk will be receiving any additional content? To which the creators respond with “you’re reporting some issues with difficulty balance, with minor bugs and such. We want to fix that! We also plan to add more modes and scenarios to the game.” However, they choose to keep their fans in the dark about what exactly those new modes will be, claiming it is too early to announce. The update also requests fans to keep sending in their ideas and recommendations, looking forward to actually being able to implement them.

For now, Frostpunk developers relish in their glorious success. This is clearly only one of the biggest milestones the game will accomplish, which is unarguably impressive. Fans prove this by giving their congratulations and upmost best wishes to see the game improve.

To experience the brilliant survival game, gamers can download for PC only on Steam for $29.99.
