Post Scriptum’s Recently Debuted Teaser Trailer

Post Scriptum: The Bloody Seventh, a versus game set in World War II, has recently debuted a new teaser trailer that shows off the game’s cinematic story and capturing history of the blood filled period. Post Scriptum is centered on simulating the combat of World War II by providing “large scale battles, a difficult learning curve and an intense need for cohesion, communication and teamwork.”

Created by a young game development studio called Periscope Games, Post Scriptum began in 2016. Since then, the creators have focused on developing the game so that it would keep the integrity of World War II while balancing their own simulation creation. It’s a bold risk to take when trying to recreate history, but so far Periscope Games appears to be on the right track as they confidently unveiled their cinematic-like teaser trailer.

Post Scriptum gives players a virtual feel of what was endured during World War II. In the game, players have the option to choose from several German branches as to “experience the intense battlefield that was the Battle of Arnhem, which stretched across farms, woods, villages and city areas. ” The amount of consideration that went into Post Scriptum’s plotline is immensely impressive. The creators poured their knowledge into the game by presenting historically accurate locations all the way down to the street levels. The game offers five maps that have been based on archives, maps, and aerial pictures. While playing within a selected map, gamers can arm themselves with weapons that are among a plethora of 40 choices. Post Scriptum’s website expands on other formidable features on its website.

Players will be able to play on a team of 50 against another team of 50. There, their tactical intelligence will truly be tested. Post Scriptum is uniquely informative while also engaging, and the game presents a new and gripping way to capture audiences by giving them at least a taste of the encounters of war. However, gamers will not be able to join the battle until Spring of 2018, and it is currently only for PC.
