Call of Duty Mobile Receives Winter Update in time for the Holidays

This coming Monday, Call of Duty Mobile will receive a new update bringing is season 13 of the game that will get players into the festive mood. The new update will see the addition of two snow-themed maps, new content to earn, a Battle Pass, an event named “On the Brink,” and much more.

Starting from the top, the two maps that will be releasing with a snow-themed makeover will be Nuketown and Raid. Both maps will have a festive snowy Christmas theme to them. Nuketown will not be in the usual American setting but will be placed in Chernobyl, allowing players to see the map in a different setting and take advantage of it as players battle it out. Raid will be decked out with lights and Christmas decorations allowing for players to enjoy the settings while they run from grenades and shield themselves from gunfire.

Players will also be able to gain new content: weapons and a new game mode. Players will be able to play in a new multiplayer mode called Grind. Grind will see players competing to pick up dog tags and take them back to certain destinations, but players should beware because if you die your collection of dog tags can be pickup by the enemy. Players will also be able to gain rare weapons and different rewards throughout the update.

Call of Duty Mobile Season 13 will also have a Battle Pass that will have loads of new content for players to look through. The Battle Pass will have multiple tiers in which players can gain new content for each tier. Players will also have the opportunity to gain up to 50 tiers with the battle pass.

Players will also be able to compete in “On the Brink.”  This event will see players sending out spies into city centers to better to get an understanding of your enemies. During this event, players will be able to gain new items that are sure to give players holiday cheer.

Season 13 will see the addition of much more that fans can learn about through the official Call of Duty Mobile website. Those interested in playing the game can find it on both the App Store and Google Play for free.
