THQ Nordic Teases The Return Of Beloved Franchises At E3

E3 2019 is only a few weeks away. With that being said, it’s about that time that many of the participating companies start dropping hints and teases as to what they plan on showing at this year’s convention. These last minute teases are meant to really get fans excited and gain the interest of potential new fans right before the show. This year fans are hoping to get some fresh new looks at some titles that are already on the radar like Cyberpunk 2077 and Halo Infinite.

However, THQ Nordic seems to be taking different approach as to what they will show off this year. Recently they announce the return of two “beloved franchises.” As to what these franchises are specifically is currently unknown, but THQ plans to reveal these titles at this year’s E3. For the first title, the publisher described it as a “galactically beloved game/franchise.” Although not specific, this could mean that the game in question could be a sci-fi title, so it could be franchises like Red Faction or Destroy All Humans.

As for the other title, THQ simply stated that it is a “new vision” of an existing franchise. THQ Nordic owns so many franchises like Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Kingdoms of AmalurAlone in the Dark, Act of War, DarkSiders, TimeSplitters, and so many more. So, this vague comment basically leaves the door open to numerous possibilities so there’s no telling what this title could be.

Judging from THQ’s comments, any one of these titles could be in the running to show up next month as one of their new projects. Right now, it’s anybody’s guess as to what they’ve been working on and with all the franchises under their belt it’s sure to be a surprise when we finally get word of that they’ve been up too.
