This War of Mine Adds War Child DLC

Intent on continuing support for their very well received war survival game, This War of Mine, 11 bit studios put out an interesting set of DLC for the game just hours ago.

Titled the War Child Charity DLC, this new bit of content adds street art to the various environments within the game itself. What’s interesting is that the art is the result of various artist from around the world, such as M-City, Gabriel “Specter” Reese, SeaCreative, Emir Cerimovic, Fauxreel and Mateusz Walus.

This bit of DLC is priced at just a dollar, but the twist is that 100% of the proceeds will be going to War Child, the charity working with 11 bit to promote its agenda of helping children in war-torn environments.

Because of this, those who wish to donate more money to their cause can do so by buying additional tiers of this DLC, priced at $10 and $20. Both of them come with the same artwork.

Additionally, a 376 mb patch for This War of Mine was made available to all owners of the game. It isn’t currently known what this patch does, as 11 bit have not made any formal announcement, but once they do we’ll be sure to update this space.
