Capcom announced its second brand partnership during its recent Street Fighter 6 Evolution Championship Series (EVO) 2023. On August 8th, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will hit the screen, letting fans play as the leanest, meanest, and greenest turtles out there. Players will be able to style their custom avatars with unique TMNT items such as gear, emotes, new Titles, TMNT stamps in chat, customizable in-game mobile wallpapers, and camera frames. This collaboration is likely in celebration of the recent release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem movie from Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon Movies, and Point Grey Productions.
Additionally, Evo 2023 saw the debut of an additional Street Fighter 6 character, the mysterious A.K.I. In-game cinematic footage of Street Fighter 6’s 20th playable character was revealed from the single-player World Tour mode. More information about A.K.I. will be revealed leading up to her release in Fall 2023.
Street Fighter 6 is the next evolution of the Street Fighter franchise more than two million units since its launch in June 2023. With an all-new single-player World Tour mode, a community-focused Battle Hub mode, and the culmination of core gameplay modes present via Fighting Ground, players can create new and unique Street Fighter experiences more than ever before. Currently, the Standard Edition, Deluxe Edition, or Ultimate Edition for Street Fighter 6 is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
