Though, as Tencent Games also partnered up with The Pokemon Company for Pokemon Unitefans of the Metal Slug series are hyped to see how this game will turn out in the near future.

In addition to the trailer, press releases were made by both companies. In the game, users are part of the Peregrine Falcon (PF) squad, a small but highly skilled member group. They will fight against the army of General Donald Morgen to prevent the creation of a New World Order and complete their tasks with a run and gun style game, fight against large enemies, and pick-up strong weapons as they proceed to their goal.
