Today is the official launch date of Rivage and the publishers, Raw Fury, have posted an official launch trailer on their YouTube channel. The game is a first-person puzzle adventure that is set on the A.R.E.S. space station, which is stuck in a time loop. The game’s main protagonist is Miranda, who must explore and solve puzzles to discover what happened to her missing crew.
The space station used to house five crew members until they vanished, leaving behind only journals and emails. Players must piece together their stories if they wish to escape A.R.E.S. and return home. Players will be able to save the solutions to puzzles solved to prevent the gameplay from being tedious and repetitive, especially within the time loop narrative.
Currently, the game have received mixed reviews on Steam from its player base with players reporting of graphics issue that causes a grainy visual effect. Some players have also reported bug issues where items needed to complete puzzles will not generate in the environment, preventing players from progressing. The developers have launched a hotfix to temporarily fix the grainy effect, which can be accessed through the public-beta until the main issue can be further tested.
Despite the reviews, the official launch trailer posted by the publishers, Raw Fury, highlights the quality of graphics that players are expecting. The various environments in Rivage are highly detailed, including the various items for players to inspect as they complete puzzles. Gameplay features voice acting for Miranda, the station’s system, and her missing crew members.

Although there have been some issues reported, the developers have been responding quickly to player feedback and are currently working to fine tune the game further.
