After being re-released for the Nintendo Switch late last year, the No More Heroes series has a brand new home. At long last, No More Heroes and No More Heroes Desperate Struggle are coming to the PC through Steam, and they’re launching just next week on Wednesday, June 9. The announcement was made by publisher XSeed Games through Twitter, who also provided a new gameplay trailer for the game while running on a PC. For those who have never experienced the awesome adventures of Travis Touchdown and friends or just game on PC, this is a perfect time to jump in, especially since the long-awaited sequel, No More Heroes III, is launching this Summer.
Both titles will receive support for HD resolution and 60 frames per second, although neither the publisher nor the developer have been clear on how far the resolution will be able to go. Since these are both originally Nintendo Wii titles, it’s more than likely that neither will be able to hit the 4k resolution mark. However, it’s possible that some people in the modding community will be able to break through this threshold, as they’ve done so in the past with older titles.
Both No More Heroes and No More Heroes Desperate Struggle will retail on Steam for $19.99 each. However, for those who wish to get the game right away, XSeed Games has revealed that both titles will have a 10% discount until June 15.
