This latest entry into the catalog of Square Enix will also have its own manga series. Dramatic RPG Kamitsuri, like the title suggests, seems to be a story that will revolve around a variety of deities. In this game’s case the deities will be the 8 million gods and goddesses of Shinto, a religion that a huge portion of the Japanese population believes in. Specifically, the game seems to be focused on the forces of light and dark that exist between and within the many, many gods of Shinto.
Dramatic RPG Kamitsuri also released a new trailer today, briefly showing off some of the gameplay for this new Square Enix RPG. The gameplay looked like a normal mobile RPG, with the characters being presented in the “chibi” art style that is typical in these kinds of games. There also seems to be somewhat of a puzzle solving element game. This is based on the brief footage shown in this new trailer. How exactly this element will be part of the game has yet to be announced. The new trailer can be viewed below.
