Throughout the first year, players have uploaded over 12 million Custom Designs to the Custom Design Portal. 50 additional custom design slots have been added to the Normal and Pro Custom Design modes as Nintendo hopes players continue to create and share their designs for many more seasons to come. Additionally, the update will bring in the 1st Anniversary Cake, Sanrio Sweetness, Custom Design Pro Editor +, Custom Design Portal, Seasonal Items, and more.
