South Korean S.I.N. agent, Juri, is finally making her way to Street Fighter V. Juri was originally introduced in Street Fighter IV. According to Street Fighter lore, Juri is a taekwondo master with a ki booster known as the “Feng Shui Engine” replacing one of her eyes in order to aid her in battle. In Street Fighter IV, her storyline culminated in her defeating M. Bison’s genetically modified replacement body, Seth. A continuation of her storyline titled “A Shadow Falls” will be available as DLC. Juri is known for her flashy kick based fighting style. Juri grants players a character with a variety of quick and flashy kick combos. Juri’s signature moves include her pinwheel kick and ki based fireball attack. A trailer for Juri’s release can be seen below.
Juri will be available for download July 26th via the PlayStation and Steam stores but Juri will also be playable at the Capcom booth at San Diego Comic Con. On July 26th Street Fighter servers will be conducting server maintenance from 9am to 5pm PT, in order to make preparations for the addition of Juri into the game.
