Guerrilla Collective Day 3: Iron Harvest 1920+, Boyfriend Dungeon, & More Showcased

The Guerrilla Collective is a new online gaming conference hosted by Greg Miller of Kinda Funny Games and produced by The MIX.  Days one and two of the festival revealed ton of new games, and though day three was a bit lighter, there were still a bunch of games announced or explored in more depth after being announced in the first two days.

Here is everything that we learned on the third and final day of the Guerrilla Collective:

Iron Harvest 1920+, a real-time strategy game set in an alternate history, received a new gameplay walkthrough with the Devs that showed a bit more about how the game will work.  The game will mainly focus on mechs that were once used in a war falling into the hands of European farmers.  The farmers use them to harvest crops (hence the name) but they are forced to use them to defend Europe when a new threat arises.

Iron Harvest 1920+ is set to release September 1, 2020 on Windows, Xbox and PS4, with a Steam demo available beginning today.

Boyfriend Dungeon is one of the strangest game premises in quite some time.  The game is a dungeon crawler where your weapons can transform into potential boyfriends, girlfriends, or friends.  So your relationship with a weapon is tied to a real person.  The game received a Dev walkthrough on day 3.

The walkthrough is not currently on YouTube, but this trailer was also released this weekend.  Boyfriend Dungeon is set to release for Windows and Switch, with no set release date yet.

Say No! More is a one-button game where you just say “no.”  Your character is a yes-man who has to empower themselves by saying “no” more.  The game received a gameplay demo on day 3.

The game will release in 2020 at some point on Windows and iOS, with the Devs aiming for November.

30XX is the sequel to 2017’s 20XX and will feature the same Megaman style action.  The game features co-op functionality and takes place 1000 years after the first game.  On day 3, the game received, you guessed it, a Dev walkthrough.  This walkthrough is not yet live on YouTube, so here is some gameplay.

The game does not have a release date yet, with the steam page suggesting it will be around the year 30xx (safe to assume it may release a bit ahead of that schedule).

West of Dead is a western set in the late 19th century starring Ron Perlman of Hellboy.  The game looks to be gritty with all sorts of mystic abilities woven in.

West of Dead is set to release in just two days on Thursday, June 18th, on all platforms.  The demo is already live on steam.

Day three also Brough trailers and walkthroughs for 3 more games that are a bit further off, with no release dates announced yet: a remaster of 1994’s System Shock, the procedurally generated alien adventure game The Eternal Cylinder, and the stealth/horror FPS Gloomwood.
