GameTrailers Returns With New Team – Easy Allies

In February of this year, video game media website GameTrailers unexpectedly shut down one evening after 13 years of operation. Gamers and fans were left distraught, and the Internet mourned the passing of an era. Today, however – a month later – the staff has regrouped and launched a new team.

Easy Allies have launched a Twitch site (with streaming schedule already in place), a YouTube page, a fresh new Twitter, and Patreon account.

According to their Patreon page, they’ll start with a weekly podcast and daily streams, with “group streams” on Tuesdays.

We are Brandon Jones, Daniel Bloodworth, Kyle Bosman, Mike Huber, Ian Hinck, Ben Moore, Brad Ellis, Don Casanova, and Michael Damiani. As the name implies, we want to work with everyone. The more support we get, the more we can meet up with special guests and partners. Your donations will go directly into making our stuff bigger and better, along with giving you early or exclusive access to shows.

The team has also listed goals on their Patreon, with “A Respectable Gaming PC” and even a new studio included in their future plans. Fans can contribute anything from $1 to $500 and over per month, and as of this writing, the team is set to receive $21,066 per month from 2,321 patrons. Clearly, their return has been eagerly awaited, and warmly welcomed.
