Final Fantasy XIV Online 5.3 Patch Brings in Free Trial

The developers of Final Fantasy XIV are not slowing down on bringing in new updates for fans to continuously enjoy throughout time. the developers even shared that this new update will potentially bring in newcomers to the game so they will get their own first special experience with the very popular game. On the PlayStation Blog website, the Online Community Representative of Square Enix, Natasha Cheng speaks in detail about Final Fantasy XIV online patch 5.3 update. She stated that “First, there are some big changes coming to the Final Fantasy XIV Free Trial tomorrow (the time it was written), which is being expanded to not only include the full base game, A Realm Reborn, but also the complete first expansion Heavensward and all content updates through Patch 3.56! This means you can experience the equivalent of two full Final Fantasy game for free, with no limit on the hundreds of hours of playtime that you can enjoy with fellow adventures!”

Natasha also adds that the features that will be included with the free trial for players will be able to try out a total of thirteen different jobs and classes, including the three jobs added with Heavensward – Dark Knight, Machinist, and Astrologian. Also, the level cap for all classes and jobs for the free trial has been increased to level 60. The Au race will be available to play and the Palace of the Dead has also been unlocked which players can traverse as far to the deepest floor.

To go back what was stated before about A Realm Reborn coming in with the update, they continued to say that the Realm Reborn’s main scenario questline will also be updated and streamlined to allow new players to experience the best story while advancing to Heavensward and beyond very quickly.

With this new update, old and new players will enjoy what’s new with Final Fantasy XIV and see how it’s bringing a new fresh take on the game for everyone to experience. Final Fantasy XIV Online and the free trial is out now.
