Elder Scrolls Online 2020 Livestream Reveals Next DLC

Elder Scrolls Online has given gamers who enjoy the Elder Scrolls series the opportunity to travel the vast landscapes of Tamriel for over six years, and Bethesda continues to do so with its newest DLCs season The Dark Heart Of Skyrim. The newest chapter in the Elder Scrolls Online saga takes players back to Skyrim, allowing gamers to travel to locations they weren’t able to visit previously in ESO with new unique twists.

According to Gamespot, the new DLC lets players explore the regions of Haafingar and Hjaalmarch, both of which have been corrupted by the influence of vampires, werewolves, and other dark entities. While the full story has yet to be revealed, the trailer did offer some clues about who would be involved in the story. In the first scene, Lyris Titanborn appears to be fighting alongside the hero from previous trailers, so it is likely that she will be a part of it, and in the last scene, the familiar shadow of a Vampire Lord can be seen looming over its servant.

The first DLC Harrowstorm releases in March and is dungeon pack that has players exploring the dungeons of Icereach and Unhallowed Grave. The second DLC Greymoor includes an entire story chapter and will allow players to explore the previously mentioned regions that will release in June.

Another returning location that many Skyrim fans will recall is Blackreach, the massive underground dungeon players had to traverse during the main story line to find the Elder Scroll (Dragon). The new DLC will also include several quality-of-life updates and several other features including the Antiquities system, which will have players recovering artifacts of Tamriel’s history.

The Dark Heart Of Skyrim will include two more pieces of DLC that will be released in August and November respectively, however, nothing more is known about them. The Greymoor chapter will be releasing for PC on May 18th and will be available on other consoles on June 2nd.
