Borderlands 3 Launch Trailer Released Earlier than Expected

Gearbox’s flashy new co-op shooter is just 5 days away from it’s release causing fans to keep a close eye on all the latest news and updates on social media. As they waited for the promised trailer planned to be released later today they received an early treat. It seemed that they released the trailer much earlier than expected but was quickly taken down soon after. Not soon enough though as fans were able to download the trailer and keep it alive on the internet before its actual release later today.

Borderlands 3 has become known for its large amount of visual content it has been throwing out since the announcement of its development. All of which did good job displaying the mayhem that will unfold in the game utilizing its unique visual art style and the billions of guns promised as a potential arsenal to players. Now, sooner than thought to be accessible, the launch trailer for Borderlands 3 has been accidentally released by Gearbox and the internet has taken hold of it. It can now be viewed on Reddit, but not at its full visual splendor. The trailer seems to use the opening cinematic for the game giving all the playable characters spotlight as they run and gun to what sounds like a song from Freddie Mercury’s Queen.

Thankfully, it only took a day for the official trailer to be released properly and the mistake didn’t happen much sooner than just the day of. Now, Borderlands 3 reviews are already rolling in left and right for fans interested to see how the sequel has played out. Borderlands 3 will be available on September 13th and will be playable on PlayStation 4, Google Stadia after its release, Microsoft Windows, and Xbox One. Nathan Arquiette: Mom and Dad would never buy me a gaming console growing up, so I bought my own Dreamcast when I was 10 years old. Ever since then my passion for gaming went wild. Why watch a movie or read a book when you can take part in the plot playing a game was my philosophy. "Video games rot your brain" but I had a 10th grade reading level in the 6th grade all thanks to RPG's. Talking and writing about games is something I will never get tired of.
