Blizzard Entertainment through an invitation sent to media members today, announced that on August 21, 2013 at Gamescon, they will have a Special Announcement. This invitation – seen on Gamespot – was sent to many of the gaming media:
We’re making a special announcement that’s sure to capture the attention of the Heavens, Burning Hells, and all the shadowed places that lie between.
Blizzard Entertainment is the developer of such titles as World of Warcraft, Diablo, and Starcraft. They also have several known projects in the pipeline including: Diablo III(for consoles), Hearthstone:Heroes of Warcraft, and Starcraft II: Legacy of the Void.
The Gamescon convention will be held this year between August 21-25 in Cologne, Germany.
