From the team behind Ark: Survival Evolved, comes Atlas, an ambitious project revealed at The Game Awards. It will come to PC and consoles next year, but will be available first on the Xbox One through the Xbox Game Preview program. The game is a pirate-themed, open world survival MMO similar to Ark, where you will have to battle huge creatures of all different varieties.
However, the setting this time around is vastly different, as you will be able to set sail across a vast ocean and battle not only different creatures but other pirate ships as well. Some creatures will be water creatures that are only accessible through battle on your ship, while other creatures may take to the air. According to the developers, this massive project will be 1200 times bigger in scale than Ark, and will be able to encompass 40,000 players in a single environment. Check out the trailer below:
