Arcade1Up Announces Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 Arcade Cabinet Featuring 8 Classic Titles

During EVO 2022 over the weekend, Arcade1Up, the company known for making 3/4 scale arcade cabinets, announced the next machine set to release later this year. The new arcade machine features one of the most celebrated fighting games of all time, Marvel Vs. Capcom 2as well as 7 other classic titles. Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 hasn’t been available since 2013. The new arcade machine will be available to preorder on September 8, 2022.

The 8 games available to play are Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, Marvel Vs. Capcom, Marvel Super Heroes Vs. Street Fighter, X-Men Vs. Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes, X-Men: Children of the ATOM, X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse, and Marvel Super Heroes in War of the Gems.

The Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 features exclusive side panel art, a custom riser, a light-up marquee, and a headphone jack.

This wasn’t the only big thing announced at EVO 2022 over the weekend. Multiple games are getting rollback netcode including Dragonball FighterZ. There was a short teaser for Tekken 8. New characters were revealed for Street Fighter 6. SNK announced brand new Garou/Fatal Fury game after more than 20 years.
