Amplify Creations and Rising Star Games Releases New Trailer For Decay of Logos, Release Dates Announced

In a recent announcement posted to the project’s Twitter page, Amplify Creations and publisher Rising Star Games revealed that the upcoming high-fantasy, RPG adventure game, Decay of Logos, will be launching at the end of the month for all the major consoles.

The developers say that the game draws inspiration from both European folklore as well as the iconic fantasy works of J. R. R. Tolkien. A major focus for the project was to encourage players to freely explore the world “with minimal hand-holding, challenging combat and resource management.”

The game follows the journey of a young woman and her friendly Elk companion, as they venture North into the unknown world in search of the true culprit behind the destruction of her village. Along her way, she encounters mysterious enemies, “strange hostile dwellers with wooden bodies and vacant eyes” who freely roam the realm. Players will need to be tactical in their attacks and manage their stamina to continue to deliver powerful combos. Choose your weapons, and stock up on potions as you set out on a quest through beautiful woodlands and mythical creatures to solve the mystery plaguing the realm.

According to this new trailer, Decay of Logos will launch on various platforms by the end of the month. The game will first be released for the PlayStation 4 on August 27th, followed by the Nintendo Switch release on the 29th, with the release for the Xbox One, PC (via Steam), and Utomik on the 30th.
