Ahoy, Gamers! High Seas Hero Opens Pre-Registration Ahead of Launch

High Seas Hero, formerly referred to as Battleship Brawl, is an upcoming battleship sim mobile game by Singapore-based game developer and publisher, Century Games. The company already boasts a diverse portfolio in the mobile game sphere, including works like Dragonscapes Adventure (2020), Whiteout Survival (2023), Idle Courier Tycoon (2020), and many more. Their current project, High Seas Hero, began live beta testing on October 8, encouraging its testers to make in-game purchases for exclusive deals and full refunds upon the game’s official launch.

More recently, High Seas Hero opened up pre-registration to its players. Century Games shared the news on November 1st via an announcement article on the game’s website. It encourages readers to pre-register for the game right away, advertising the prospect by offering “Epic Hero General D, 1000 Diamonds and more exclusive rewards” prior to its launch. The article provides links for the game on both Google Play Store and the App Store, where potential players can currently pre-register with the tap of a button.

More details about pre-registration for High Seas Hero were posted on November 1st via the game’s Facebook account. The post accosts the reader as battleship captain, informing them that “the ship’s port side was hit and the starboard side is leaking seriously,” the “ammunition depot is on fire,” and that the ship is “surrounded by enemies.” The reader is asked for solutions to these pressing matters, and subsequently prompted to pre-register for the game. The Facebook post includes a link to the High Seas Hero Discord server, where Century Games plans on updating members with future news and potential rewards.

High Seas Hero’s Google Play Store and App Store descriptions both describe the game as featuring “tough battles with easy gameplay,” aspects of ship renovation, and plenty of legendary heroes to collect. The game throws players into a world where sea levels rise dangerously high, consuming all available land. With over 80% of Earth’s population lost to the fictional crisis, “humans are forced to live on floating vessels.” Players will on take on the role of captain aboard their very own customizable battleship.

Although Century Games has not announced any official release date for High Seas Hero, the App Store currently lists the game as releasing on December 23, 2024. It will be free-to-play on both iOS and Android devices following its official launch.

While many video games are available only to those who can afford expensive consoles and computers, mobile games are designed for the average person.
