Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 “Their Secret Histories” Launches September 9th

As both update 3.1 and the 2nd anniversary for Zenless Zone Zero come to an end, we now look to what comes next, and it looks like it’s time for more secrets that plague the floating island of Roscaelifer to come to light and old friends to become today’s enemies in Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 “Their Secret Histories.” We will be getting 2 new agents, each harboring secrets that threaten the peace of Roscaelifer, along with the reveal of the mastermind, all set for September 9th, as Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 “Their Secret Histories” will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Mobile, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Story-wise, in version 3.2, we will learn more about porcelume and the family that manufactures it, as it’s linked to one of the new S-rank characters, Claret Flint of Flint Work. Looks like her blood is important for something that will affect the story, and it also reveals more about the three Sunbringers and their role in what is to come for Rosecaelifer and the Enchainers, along with the return of our childhood friend Serpico and what he has planned for the island and the proxies.

Up first to run in 3.2 is new character Claret, an S-rank Electric Armorer. A first for the new role for agents: the Armorer role, where their stats are built primarily on defense over attack. Not much is known about the role, as it will be premiering for the first time in the 3.2 update. Claret does have a unique parry mechanic, which looks awesome. She is electric, so you can farm electric in preparation for her. Her main w-engine is Crimson Thirst, which is best in slot for her, and rerunning alongside her is Nangong Yu, an ether stun agent a part of the angels of delusion, and will be receiving a free skin this patch if you’re interested.

For the second half of 3.2, the banner character will be Roxy, a wind stun agent, a first for the Wind attribute, which was introduced in 3.0. If you’re looking to farm her, primarily focus on wind and stun, and her best w-engine will be her own Crimson Moon Casket. Rerunning alongside her in the second half will be Promeia, an ice anomaly character. If you don’t have a good ice agent, Promeia is highly recommended and pairs well with both anomaly characters.

All in all, 3.2 will be an update that brings many secrets to light and reveals the various roles everyone plays to keep the peace in Rosecaelifer. Along with the return of long-sought-after dead friend Serpico, as he threatens the peace, and more information about Lady Sunbringer and the role the three Sunbringers play in this game of chess against the Enchainers and the Hollows. Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 “Their Secret Histories” will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Mobile, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, as the update will go live September 9th.
