To hype up fans for this Friday’s release of the official Warcraft theatrical trailer, which will be unveiled for those lucky masses at this year’s BlizzCon, a teaser trailer was released today via Twitter. Rumors of a Warcraft movie have been whispered amongst various and vague corners of the internet for years, and with the upcoming epic reality of a solid release date and a scored, theatrical trailer, fan are finally witnessing the tip of Blizzard’s iceberg. The teaser is 15 seconds long and displays awesome action scenes, beautiful graphics, and stirring music we might expect to see in the full length fantasy based on Blizzard’s own Warcraft game.
This week, with the upcoming trailer, many outlets for the movie are slowly releasing informations. Director Duncan Jones, known for his 2011 movie Source Code, dropped screenshot from the official trailer, announcing his excitement for the trailer release. Titan movie studios funding the future blockbuster, Universal and Legendary Pictures, leaked the film’s epic poster online with a release date of June 10th 2016 (fingers crossed for a prompt premiere!). Otherwise, various outlets have been releasing photos, which have be meet with a mixture of anticipation and enthusiasm, including a Reddit release of the famous human capital in the World of Warcraft, Stormwind.
With the looming release of the official trailer creeping to a close on Friday, fans eagerly await a satisfying end to the years of hearsay, gossip, and false hope that has been the stop-and-go production of the Warcraft movie. Fans can flock to theaters in the US on June 10th, while Aussie fans have to wait until the 16th of the same month.
