It’s safe to assume everyone has played through Witcher 3 at least once, right? Or at least seen a decent bit of it through friends, the internet, or videos? Maybe even a majority of you (however small) picked up the major, and sadly last, expansion for the game called Blood and Wine. Barely out more than a week, the expansion has seen its fair share of problems, but Poland based developers at CD Projekt Red were quick to put out a patch to amend issues and hiccups.
Meanwhile, patches for the main campaign, Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt, are still being produced by the developers to combat prevailing issues. To quote CD Community Manager Marcin Momot, who revealed via Twitter, fans can expect the upcoming patch to “address all major reported issues.”
We're working on the next patch and hoping to have it out as soon as possible. Should address all major reported issues.

When fans expressed specific concerns, Mamot went on to further elaborate and clarify, also via twitter, putting a few fans fears to rest with the promise of the new patch.
@Mausoleo87 There will a fix for this in the next patch as well.

To properly engage and reassure fans of all endeavors being made to address these issues, CD Projekt Red keeps an open and public forum for fans to post problems they run into, including Roach’s tail missing, oils stats on swords malfunctioning, and other small but devious bugs.
There is no set date nor time for this new, upcoming patch, but players can download and play Blood and Wine now with a fixed patch for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
