Two New Characters Announced For Battleborn

Today over on the official Playstation blog two more characters were announced for Gearbox Software’s newest coming IP Battleborn.

Attikus and Galilea were shown off by Senior Community Content Editor Darren Gladstone marking the 19th and 20th playable characters to be revealed out of the cast of 25 launch characters. The two described “hulking monsters” can have their abilities and strengths previewed each in their own character preview trailer.

Attikus is known as the “Greatest warrior among the Jennerit underclass — the Thralls”. His strength lies in his many powerful melee attacks and it is advised to engage him at a distance when encountering him.

Galilea was the “most promising warrior” of the Arbiters of Being until an accident from a comrade left her unstable and immortal. Her ultimate ability “Abyssal Form” allows her to take much less damage while regenerating a large amount of health; perfect for retreating or staying in the fight longer. Also heavy in close range damage it is advisable to keep a distance and attack from out of sight.

Battleborn releases May 3, 2016 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. For information regarding the last two heroes unveiled late December of last year “Ghalt and Deande” check here. For more details on these new characters as well as screenshots be sure to check them out at the Playstation Blog.
