Twitch Streaming E3 as Event’s Official Streaming Partner

In a post on the official Twitch blog, the streaming service announced that it plans to stream the events of E3 this year, as well as being the official streaming partner of E3. Twitch is also celebrating its 5th birthday and to celebrate are streaming 2 days before Day 1 of E3, which they refer to in the post as “Day -1.” Twitch’s E3 event coverage page has the current schedule and will list any updates or changes to the current stream schedule. The stream will not only include the press conferences but also live game play showcases and interviews with major video game publishers such as: Ubisoft, Warner Bros. Interactive, Deep Silver, Microsoft, Sega, Sony, 2K, EA, SQUARE ENIX, NEXON, and Paradox Interactive to name some.

The event will be hosted by Twitch streamers: djWHEATJon CarnageAnna Prosser, FutureManGaming, MANvsGAMEEzekiel_iii, SwiftorAlex CoreaSeltzerPlease, and Kelly Link.

The following is the current steaming schedule, all times are in PST.

June 12th: Day -1
1pm: EA Press Conference
7pm: Bethesda E3 Showcase
8:30pm: Official Twitch E3 2016 Pre-Pre-Show

June 13th: Day 0
9:30am: Xbox E3 Briefing
11:30am: The PC Gaming Show
1pm: Ubisoft E3 Press Conference
6 pm: PlayStation E3 Experience

June 14th : Day 1
9 am: Nintendo Treehouse LIVE @ E3
10:30 am-7 pm: E3 2016 Main Event @ the Twitch Booth

June 15th: Day 2
10:00 am-7 pm: E3 2016 Main Event @ the Twitch Booth

June 16th: Day 3
10:00 am-6 pm: E3 2016 Main Event @ the Twitch Booth

The streams will also be available in multiple languages, since many countries around the world are interested in the developments in what is the most important event in the gaming industry.  So far the announced languages are: German, French, Russian, Spanish, and Korean. These are being translated by Twitch streamers native to those countries who will not only be announcing the developments but also interpreting and commenting on them as they pertain to their specific countries. According to the Twitch E3 page more languages will be announced soon.
