Trinity Fusion Coming To Players This Friday: PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4

If you’re into action roguelike games then there is a game on the way that might pique your interest. This Friday, December 15th, the full version of Trinity Fusion is coming to players. Trinity Fusion is currently in Early Access which started back in April of this year.

The official trailer for the Trinity Fusion was released on November 13 and you can check it out in the video below. During the early access period, the gaming developer Angry Mob Games has been making updates to the game. In the latest updates for Trinity Fusion, “changes were made to the graphics in The Wastes, Underground Lab, Forge, and Subterraria”.

There were also progression tweaks and new weapons for this update. For the Progression tweak, all the characters will be “unlocked” when players make their first “visit to the Citadel”.When players leave “the In-Between” they can pick the “universe” they want “to continue” their “run in”.

The new weapons that came with this update are Blaze Bombs, Defense Grid, Resonance Star, and Heavy Repeater. The Blaze Bombs, Defense Grid, and the Resonance Star are new weapons for the character Altara while the Heavy Repeater is a new weapon for the character Naira. The Blaze Bombs is

a spread of fire projectiles that will immediately set enemies and the ground around them ablaze. Offers great damage over time and does bonus damage on direct hit.

The Defense Grid weapons are electric orbs that are adhered to surfaces and enemies “that create a point-to-point beam of energy between them”. The Resonance Star is a “chargeable projectile that ricochets off walls and between enemies”. The heavy Repeater is a weapon that distributes “more damage per a shot at the cost of a significantly reduced ammo capacity”. This weapon will give Naira “a small boost” when the player fires it “in the air”.

For the Patch notes that they just announced today, there is a new game mode in Trinty Fusion called Endless Mode. The Endless mode in the game is “a single run that never ends”. during this mode enemies “are replaced with their counterparts from the other Universe”.  There is also a new location called Amalgam that “mixes locations from the multiverse along with the In-Between into new arenas”.  According to Steam “the Unlockable Ewer Skin and the alternating starting location is a preorder bonus for the console versions” of the game, however:

players on Steam will be receiving the Ewer Skin and Ewer Run game mode that allows players to start runs from within the In-Between as a free bonus in a future update.

There were also “bug fixes” and “Steam Deck Optimization” in the patch note for the game. If want to see all the updates that were made to the game throughout the early access period you can check out the Steam page for Trinity Fusion. Trinity Fusion can be played on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and Steam. If you are interested in this game, you can Pre-Order Trinity Fusion now or wait until it officially comes out this Friday.
