Travis Touchdown will be back once again to cause some mayhem with his beam-katana because Suda 51’s third installment is getting a digital release on the PS4 and PC. While fans wait for the recently revealed No More Heroes 3 at E3, players can enjoy some extra quality time with the iconic protagonist. Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes brings a different flair than the previous installments but there is still plenty of hack-n-slash fun and additional mini-game like content that will keep players guessing what might come next. Not only that, the title will come as the Complete Edition granting players all previously released downloadable content and it will all be available October 17th, 2019.
No More Heroes is known for its fast-paced hack-n-slash combat starring Travis Touchdown who wields a lightsaber like katana to decimate his foes. Previous titles used the traditional 3rd person view from the rear but Travis Strikes Again does an overhead approach which gives the game an arcadey feel. The game features collaborations with independent game developers. Players can explore seven different games, including action, racing, and puzzle games. Because of this approach players can also play with a friend in couch co-op and experience the different challenges together. The PlayStation 4 and PC edition will also bundle the main game and its DLC content, Black Dandelion and Bubblegum Fatale. If you are looking for a traditional No More Heroes experience this title may not be for you, but the game does provide a variety of different content that is especially fulfilling partaking it with a friend with its couch co-op mode.
If your looking for a fun hack-n-slash title to play with a friend, Travis Strikes Back may be a good pick for you. It will also provide fun mini-games and puzzles that should keep a pair entertained for quite some time. October 17th is just around the corner and Travis Strikes Back: No More Heroes is available for pre-order on PS4 and PC on Steam.
