Feral Interactive, the developers of Rome: Total War and BioShock, have announced that they will be releasing the entire series of XCOM into one collection titled, XCOM 2 Collection, to IOS. Fans of the series are likely to be thrilled to be able to play one of their favorite Sci-Fi games on IOS, being able to play while they are on the go or stuck bored at a random destination. The trailer looks absolutely thrilling and I look forward to playing through the games myself. I am a fan of another space/alien themed game called Halo, so I believe it is safe to say that it is very likely I will also enjoy what the XCOM games have to offer in regards to what cool weapons the I can use and the enemies that I will also encounter.
In XCOM, Earth has been conquered by aliens and promise a peaceful transition of power to humans who bow down to their new rule. Unwilling to grovel at the feet of monsters, the agents of XCOM will stand against this foreign invader and will need all the help they can get to fight back. The player will need to help battle through crazy firefights and accomplish impossible missions. With the addition of four DLC packs, players will have no shortage of explosive combat scenarios to take part in.
