This game blends real life and fantasy together in order to create a world like you have never seen before. Famous cities from ancient Japan and filled with recognizable buildings that are given a fantastical twist. You will be able to find cities such as Onigashima, Edo, Sekigahara, and Kyoto. Famous figures in Japanese history can be chosen to fight alongside players such as the skilled swordsman, battle strategist, and philosopher, Miyamoto Musashi, and the powerful daimyo also recognized as the “Great Unifier” of Japan, Oda Nobunaga.

Most gameplay is battle based with a main attack button and a few smaller skill buttons. There are eight different weapons to choose from including swords, oodachi, axes, twin blades, bows, lances, staves, and wands. Each weapon has five of its own customizable attack options, so that every player will end up with a very different play style than anyone else.
