The Five Nights at Freddy’s Quadrilogy Finally Hits Consoles Tomorrow

Finally, after years of waiting, consoles players will get a chance to try and survive being constantly attacked by killer animatronics. This is all because the Five Nights at Freddy’s quadrilology, the first four and only numbered games in the series, is finally arriving on consoles tomorrow; over five years after the first two games released on PC in 2014.

Will you be able to survive every encounter during your week with these killer animatronics? The games all take place in different locations as well. Those are two separate Freddy Fazbear Pizzeria locations in the first 2 games, the horror tribute of Fazbear’s Fright in the third game, and the chilling, dark bedroom of a child in the fourth installment. Whichever game you pick, fans are sure to be in for a ton of jump scares.

Now, with the original four Five Nights at Freddy’s games finally on consoles, it will be interesting to see if the rest of the games in the series make it over to consoles. There are still two mainline titles in the series, Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location and Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Simulator, and some spinoff games, the RPG FNaF World and the 50 animatronic slugfest Ultimate Custom Night, that are still locked to PC and mobile platforms.

The series itself is still alive and scaring with a virtual reality (VR) game titled Five Nights at Freddy’s VR: Help Wanted which released back in May, and an augmented reality (AR) game titled Five Nights at Freddy’s AR: Special Delivery which released on iOS and Android devices earlier this week. There is also a movie in the works which has been stuck in the development stage for a while now.

You can finally try out Five Nights at Freddy’s 1, 2, 3, and 4 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch starting tomorrow November 29. You can check out the launch trailer for the games below:
