The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos, Comes To Consoles This Summer

Today, developer Artefacts Studio and publisher Dear Villagers has announced that The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaoswill be coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch this summer. The game first released on Steam in September of last year and was received very positively. The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos is a tactical RPG set in a universe crafted by French author, John Lang.

In The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos players adventure through a massive dungeon that features locations such as caves, taverns, and even a goblin ice skating park. Players control seven different characters with unique skills and abilities that complement others in the party. Characters range from RPG staples such as Ranger, Elf, and Dwarf, to more unique archetypes such as Magician and Ogre.

Each character has their own skill trees that can be upgraded along their journey. Combat in The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk is turn-based and resembles similar systems in other RPGs such as Divinity Original Sin. Players will need to make use of their environment and a variety of destructive environments in order to inflict status effects on enemies and gain an advantage in combat. The game also features an adaptive difficulty system ranging from a more accessible story mode to a brutally difficult nightmare mode.

The story in The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk takes a step back from more intense and serious RPG storylines in order to provide an adventure that is more filled with humor and ridiculous situations.

The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos will release on console later this summer. Currently, the game is available on Steam for $34.99, with the option of purchasing the collector’s edition for $42.47.
