While Telltale won’t have a booth at PAX, they’ll still be there to talk about the latest in Telltale’s Batman and The Walking Dead Season 3. According to Telltale news, the developer will be holding two separate events at PAX. On Friday at 2:30 PM, The Telltale Panel will commence in the Hydra Theatre at the Grand Hyatt. Fans will be given the opportunity to ask the developers burning questions and get the latest info on everything Telltale. Telltale also sent out a tweet announcing their presence at PAX West 2016.
In addition to The Telltale Panel, the developer will also hold a “Crowd Play” event for Batman. At PAX 2015, Telltale held a “Crowd Play” for their 2014 title, Tales from the Borderlands where the crowd took part in a playthrough of Episode 4: ‘Escape Plan Bravo. The PAX Crowd Play we held last year for Tales from the Borderlands was one of our favorite things we’ve ever done, so we’re bringing Crowd Play back again this year as well! On Saturday at 8:30 PM, we’ll be playing BATMAN – The Telltale Series on the big screen in the Wyvern Theatre at the Westin.
This will be the very first event using the new in-game Crowd Play feature: players can help direct the choices on the screen using their own mobile devices. Telltale PAX West Crowd Play will be held on Saturday, Sept 3rd at 8:30 PM in the Wyvern Theatre, Westin, Level 4.
Fans who’ve been waiting for the second episode will also have the opportunity to have their hunger satiated. Telltale promises an exclusive extended first look at the upcoming episode of Batman: A Telltale Games Series Episode 2: Children of Arkham. This will be shown after the Crowd Play event.
