It is was first available on PS3, PS Vita, and Steam back in November and December. It will be releasing on PS4 on April 30th in Europe, while being released on May 6th for the US. The Wii U eShop version of the game will be released internationally on May 1st. This will be the first console release from Zoink! since they finished the Kore Gang for Wii in 2010. The Dialogue in the game was written by Ryan North of Dinosaur Comics and Adventure Time.
In Stick it to the Man, players will be taking the role of Ray Doewood, who lives in a world where everything is made out of paper and stickers. Ray wakes up with a giant pink spaghetti arm sticking out of his head. With this new thing attached to Ray’s head, you will be able to use powers in the environment around him like, folding it, tearing it, pulling stickers off and sticking them some place else. This strange giant pink spaghetti arm also gives Ray the ability to read people’s minds, allowing him to go into people’s minds and use that to his advantage. Playing as Ray, you learn that have been framed by “The Man” with a crime you didn’t commit, which causes you to stay on the run.
As Ripstone describes: “Digging in the brains of his fellow citizens – including the likes of Santa Claus, a Pregnant General and Elvis (to name but a few); it’s up to Ray to gather clues from countless insane characters and solve mind-boggling puzzles – all while trying to escape the evil clutches of The Man!”
Also according to Ripstone, the Wii U version will be using the gamepad to “further separate the mind reading world from Ray’s world.” While the PS4 version of the game will be using the DualShock 4 speaker to play the thoughts out loud.
