Spanish Localization Of The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild 2 Finished

Legend Of Zelda fans may enjoy hearing that the Spanish localization of the sequel to The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild has been completed. According to Gamereactor, during the podcast Un Cafe Con Nintendo, Spanish voice actors Marcel Navarro and Nerea Alfonso stated that the Spanish dubbing for the sequel had been completed. While this doesn’t signal that the game itself is near completion, it does seem to imply that the game audio design departments are close to finished with their part of the game.

The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild 2 has been in development at least since late March of 2019 when it was spotted by Japanese Nintendo that Monolith Soft, the company behind Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild was recruiting people for an at the time unknown project. It was later revealed during E3 2019 that the project was sequel to The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild. Not much has been revealed about the game since its reveal at E3 2019 although many theories have been made about what players would be able to expect once the game releases. During an interview between IGN‘s Samuel Claiborn and Zelda series producer Eiji Aonuma, Aonuma was asked about the possibility of being able to play the game in a co-op mode. While Aonuma didn’t directly answer the question, he did state that “…the thought of co-op is very interesting to me.” Hinting that it could be a feature in The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild 2.

While it isn’t fully known who will be returning in the sequel, given that the Spanish voice actor for Revali was a voice actor for the Spanish localization, it is likely that players may see Revali return for the new game. Unfortunately, not much more is known at the moment, but it is likely that more information will be revealed at a later date. There is no release date for The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild 2 but it will eventually release for the Nintendo Switch.
