Shapefarm and Kepler Interactive have revealed the international voice cast for Orbitals, the upcoming two-player co-op adventure planned exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2 on September 3, 2026. The announcement arrived with a new opening animation, giving players a closer look at how the game will sound across its supported voice languages.
Orbitals will include localized voice acting in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, French, Spanish, Latin American Spanish, German, and Brazilian Portuguese. The official cast reveal includes separate videos for each language, with the main cast appearing as Maki, Omura, Togen, Kinakoko, and Jaga.
The English cast includes Rebecca Wang as Maki, Stephen Fu as Omura, Jonathon Ha as Togen, Cassie Ewulu as Kinakoko, and Brent Mukai as Jaga. The Japanese cast includes Risa Kageyama as Maki, Ryota Ōsaka as Omura, Masaaki Mizunaka as Togen, Mayumi Oda as Kinakoko, and Tatsuya Kobayashi as Jaga. The French cast includes Amandine Barbier as Maki, Victor Niverd as Omura, Pascal Gimenez as Togen, Brigitte Lecordier as Kinakoko, and Jean-Christophe Acquaviva as Jaga.
Orbitals follows Maki and Omura, two young explorers from the Settlement whose home is trapped inside a supernatural cosmic storm. Maki is a mechanic, while Omura is a cartographer. The two grew up together and head into space in search of a way to save their station home. The game is revolves around two-player co-op. Players work together as Maki and Omura while traveling through space, solving puzzles, using different tools, and facing hazards that require both characters to act together. The official site describes the game as a retro anime-inspired adventure.
Players attending Japan Expo Paris will also be able to try Orbitals at Nintendo’s booth from July 9 to July 12. A French voice cast panel, “Orbitals | Rencontre avec les voix françaises,” is scheduled for Saturday, July 11 from 13:15 to 14:30 on the Také stage.
Orbitals will launch exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2 on September 3, 2026. The game is available to pre-order now, with digital, physical, and Digital Deluxe editions planned.
