Serious Sam Coming to VR in Serious Sam: The Last Hope

Serious Sam, the high octane first person shooter serious, is coming to Oculus Rift and HTC Vive in Serious Sam: The Last Hope.  A teaser trailer for the upcoming game was released at E3.

From the trailer, it looks like the game will be at a fixed angle due to the limitations of VR.  We’re not sure if you can turn your head 360 degrees, but if that’s the case people might have some sore necks after playing this game.

Hopefully being a VR title doesn’t sacrifice the fast-paced action that Serious Sam is known for.  The amount of ammo you have is displayed on your guns, and you’ll be able to wield two at the same time.

It also looks like you can use the VR motion controls to navigate through menus.

This is the first time we’ve heard about Serious Sam VR, and hopefully we will get a full gameplay trailer during E3.  We’ll keep you updated as more info is revealed.
