Marvelous Europe has announced some exciting news today, Japan’s most tantalizing action fighting game, Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus, will be made available in the PlayStation Store for PS Vita on October 15th in Europe, Australia, and other PAL regions. For those in North America be expecting to see the title come to on October 14th and be published by the sister label XSEED.
Along with the exciting news that the Shinobi Girls will be making their way to both Europe, Australia, other PAL regions, and North America, a new gameplay trailer has been released.
In the trailer below, you will get to see the characters, moves, and costumes of the Hanzo Academy, which is one of the four fighting factions in the game:
Senran Kagura series has been a big hit, with around 500,000 sales in Japan alone, there has been even more than just these video games that have been released, there have be manga comics, anime TV shows, toys, and pillow cases. “Busting out of the 2D side-scrolling action of the first title, SENRAN KAGURA SHINOVI VERSUS sees battles unfold in a fully realised 3D environment. The infamous SENRAN KAGURA formula remains intact, though, with sprawling mid-air combos, over-the-top humour and revealing Secret Ninja Art techniques making this the biggest Senran Kagura experience to date.”
Players will get to experience Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus, with the following features:

Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus is being developed by Tamsoft along with Marvelous Inc. of Japan for the PS Vita, and Marvelous Europe will be publishing the title in Europe digitally via the PlayStation Store, which will cost you about an estimated €29.99. It has been announced on the PlayStation Blog for the U.S. mentioning that there will be Limited run “Let’s Get Physical” Edition that will feature the following; 144-page art, strategy guide, and a 39-track musical selections disc, all in a shiny foil collector’s box.
