The Galaxies Autumn 2026 showcase occurred last week and one of its standout trailers of the night was Satellite Odyssey: Jupiter’s Official Gameplay Trailer, which was reuploaded on Game Trailers. The upcoming and ambitious game per its trailer description, “is a stylish blend of survival horror and noir detective mystery wrapped in a decopunk aesthetic.” In a third person trailer view, but somewhat first person game view point we see Satellite Odyssey: Jupiter dead and extinguished.
A glossy star, bedazzled with gems sings, as cockroaches rest on a man’s food and arm. The bartender robot pours alcohol for the collapsed man, in this view blood platters are audibly seen on his shirt, and some on his head signaling he’s most likely dead. Next in a room, giant monstrous flies with sharp mouths wait next to cloth. Another robot drums as the lady keeps singing. A robot chef cuts a bloody and weird cut of meat in half and another robot takes out a tray. One man’s body moves, and a cockroach comes out of his mouth.
The singer turns out to be the protagonist of the game, she carries a gun she transverses with, going from dark and sandy areas to billboards, and bloody and broken hallways. As the robots work, and the flies continue waiting. A robot lady takes a drag of her cigarette then gun shooters appear from her chest plate lighting up the place. Insect and human hybrids come out from vents and into hallways as the protagonist shoots them down with her gun. She has a couple of things stored away for use, including a helpful piece of a larger mosaic wall. Dodging traps and trick shot required lifts, the protagonist makes her way through the Odyssey, finding seemingly random stories like the story of Casey and his seemingly unimportant murder. Wander, shoot and make your way through Satellite Odyssey Jupiter, Anti Freeze’s 2027 bound Steam game.
