Rockstar recently revealed that GTA V would feature 240 licensed songs across the game’s numerous radio stations. Now Rockstar has released a sampling of some of their stations and the content they’ll provide.
Below are six samples from different radio stations that will be found within the game. Based on the tracks and commentary found below, expect the music to be an incredible companion to the game itself.
Rockstar announced that the game will feature 15 different radio stations that will cross a number of different genres, moods, and sounds; ensuring that players will find exactly what they need to soundtrack their criminal behaviors within the campaign. Furthermore, there will be two talk radio stations and over 20 hours of original scores composed by Tangerine Dream and Red Dead Redemption composer Woody Jackson.
We knew the game was going to be immersive but with a soundtrack like this to back it up we know for sure that Rockstar is doing everything they can to create an experience that will never feel dull or repetitive.
