Rocket League Adding Hot Wheels to Their Arsenal In Next Update

Have you wondered what it would be like to play soccer with cars that can fly through the air with rocket fuel propelling them? Well Rocket League has given that to players, and now, in a new update coming later this month, will add Hot Wheels to the equation.

For the low price of just $1.99, players will be able to get their hands on a the “Twin Mill III” and “Bone Shaker” Hot Wheel cars that have been redesigned just for their appearance in Rocket League. The $1.99 price for the two Iconic Hot Wheel cars will be ready for action and come with customizable exclusive wheels and six awesome decals. Take a look at the trailer below to see them in action.

In addition to the cars, all players, regardless of whether you buy the new battle cars or not, will have the opportunity to get their hands on a free Hot Wheels Antenna and Topper. To get a hold of the “Treasure hunt” flag and “Shark Bite” Topper, players need simply play matches and hope to get them as random post-match rewards.

In other Rocket League news, the new Rocket League Championship Series will be beginning soon and this year, they have expanded by adding in players from Oceania. The prize pool will now be at an all time high of $300,000. For those wanting to compete, all you need to do is go to their website and register your team.

The Hot Wheels update will go live on February 21st.
