RoboCop: Rogue City Releases “Invincible Mode”

RoboCop: Rogue City releases first major update of the year. New Game Plus is a new mode for players who have completed the game. This game allows players to replay the entire game with all of the upgrades they have earned. If players have already completed the game before this update is released, all they need to do is load the game in a save right before the ending and the new game mode will appear after completion. A new save game specifically for New Game Plus will be created and allow you to use the new update. A bonus the developers added is a Golden Auto-9 skin for the completion of the game.

On top of the new game mode, a new difficulty was added to the game. This difficulty is called “There Will Be Trouble” and makes enemies more deadly. This difficulty is a lot harder than previous difficulties added to the game. Developers added this level to give experienced players more of a challenge to complete. These updates allow returning players to have a new experience and bring them back into the the world of RoboCop: Rogue City.

Small bug fixes were included as well in this update including adding more Auto-9 Chips and Boards.  Released back in November 2023, RoboCop: Rogue City takes place in the same realm of the RoboCop movies (between RoboCop 2 and 3), but provides a unique story for players to discover. The goal of the game is to protect the innocent and uphold the law at all costs. Players must interpret primary directives and make choices that determine the fate of citizens. The main character is a cyborg who is apart of the Detroit Police Department. Old Detroit has a new enemy and it’s up to the player to defeat them. This game is available on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.
