Now available for pre-order, Blackwell Epiphany, the 5th and final Wadjet Eye Games’ adventure-driven Blackwell series is coming out on April 24. If you haven’t played the Blackwell series in the first place, the story follows Rosa Blackwell, a struggling freelance writer in New York City, who is struggling with the recent death of her aunt. With her aunt’s death, Rosa receives the cause of her aunt’s painful headaches, a ghostly sidekick name Joey Mallone. Joey tells Rosa, that she is a medium and that he has accompanied all of the members of the Blackwell family for a few generations now.
The duo set out across the city and go on to solve mysteries together, using Rosa’s abilities as a medium to communicate and try to help deceased souls trapped in the world, find peace and move on with their lives. The police are powerless to stop it, so the duty falls to Rosa Blackwell and Joey Mallone, who mean to find out what force is so powerful that it would destroy the core of a life, even if it means risking themselves in the process.
